Night Runs resume

Happy New Year to all Night Runners.

Tomorrow night (8th Jan) sees the first run of 2015. As it is super wet out there, and to get us all back into it, Thursday’s run Sarn Helen Hir, with an extra little loop to make it up to 6 miles / 10km, two groups, one at 42-45 minute pace, the other at 1hour pace.

See you all at the shop, 6:30pm #runcoedybrenin
